The name is Mana but most people know me as Miz Calamity. I'm 21 yrs old and I have been playing video games since I was 5 yrs old and been addicted ever since. I used to attend Major League Gaming Tournament Events and played Halo 2 competitively but at the beginning of this year I decided that competitive gaming just wasn't for me (I wasn't really good at it anyways lol). I don't have the time to sit there and dedicate hours of my life to learning every aspect of a map, all the glitches or learn strategies..I have other video games to play man! Aside from just playing video games I also get the opportunity to write about them! For those of you that don't know I am a writer for GameGirl.com --sister site to GamePro.com-- along with several other awesome ladies. I am very passionate about video games and the gaming industry and I hope to continue my writing career in Video Game Journalism. Aside from my crazy passion for video games and writing I am very much in love with my passion for ART. I have been drawing for over 13 yrs --almost as long as I have been playing video games!!-- and what has turned into a hobby has turned into something that I want to make my career..but on MY terms.
