Q: Is PWNED.COM free?
A: Yes. PWNED.COM profiles are 100% free. Shipping for contest and redeemed pwned points prizes, consoles, games, ipods, etc... may be paid for, or the shipping costs may deducted from your pwned points to avoid paying any money at all.
Q: How do I retrieve my lost password?
A: Click the forgot password link on the home page and a new generated password will be e-mailed to you.
Q: How do I change my email address associated with my account?
A: Log into your account, at the top click the last icon(account settings), then click "Edit Basic Information" and change your email address once clicking the change email link.
Q: What do I do if I cant log into my account, but I am using the right login and password?
A: All passwords are CaSe SenSIT1vE. If for some reason you still can't log into your account. Please reset your password at

Q: Can I close my profile?
A: Yes. Send us an email at contact[at]pwned.com with the E-Mail address registered to the account.
Q: If I close my account without redeeming my pwned points what happens?
A: All pwned points not redeemed upon closing a users account/profile will be deleted with the account and are not recoverable.

A: No you can wait 1 month or 10 years to redeem your PWNED points
Q: What can I redeem my PWNED POINTS FOR?
A: Each user my redeem their own PWNED POINTS for cool stuff like new game consoles, console games, artist/talent meet and greets, gamer merchandise, etc...
Q: Can I give my PWNED POINTS to other users?
A: No, PWNED POINTS are non transferable or assignable
Q: Can I combine PWNED Points from multiple accounts?
A: No, each account can only redeem it's own account PWNED POINTS.
Q: Am I limited to the amount of people I can refer and collect PWNED POINTS?
A: Users can refer as many new unique users as they want. The more you refer, the more you earn!
Q: How often can the prizes or value of PWNED POINTS change?
A: PWNED.COM can update the prizes or the accumulation method on the first of every month, as we see fit.
Q: How often are new prizes added into the PWNED Marketplace to be redeemed for PWNED POINTS?
A: Prizes may be added or removed from the PWNED Marketplace at the beginning of each month, as we see fit.
Q: Who pays for shipping on prizes or merchandise I receive from redeeming my PWNED POINTS?
A: For both US and International shipping, the user pays for the shipping, but the shipping costs may be deducted from from your PWNED POINTS.
Q: Can prizes redeemed for PWNED POINTS be shipped to P.O. Boxes?
A: No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q: How can I track my prize while being shipped to me?
A: We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to the user once generated by either Fed Ex, UPS or USPS.
