A: Yes. PWNED.COM profiles are 100% free. Shipping for contest and redeemed pwned points prizes, consoles, games, ipods, etc... may be paid for, or the sipping costs may deducted from your pwned points to avoid paying any money at all.
Q: How do I create a clan?
A: Login, go to your User Home Page, Click the clan button on the shortcut menu.
Q: How do I retrieve my lost password?
A: Click the forgot password link on the home page and it will be e-mailed back to you.
Q: How do I change my email address associated with my account?
A: Log into your account, go to your "user home page", then click "update my information" and change your email address.
Q: What do I do if I cant log into my account, but I am using the right login and password?
A: Please send an email to contact@pwned.com, and include your E-Mail address associated with the account, password, your profile web address.
Q: Can I close my profile?
A: Yes. During the BETA period you must contact us at contact@pwned.com.
Q: If I close my account without redeeming my pwned points what happens?
A: All pwned points not redeemed upon closing a users account/profile will be deleted with the account and are not recoverable.

Q: My company wants to create a contest or marketing campaign on pwned.com, who do we contact?
A: All marketing and advertising inquries must be submitted through our contact page form and a member of our business development staff will reply within 12 hours.
Q: My company wants to advertise on pwned.com, how do we get traffic stats and advertising pricing?
A: All advertising inquiries must be submitted through our advertising page form and an advertising rep will reply within 12 hours.

Q: Do PWNED POINTS ever expire?
A: No you can wait 1 month or 10 years to redeem your PWNED points
Q: What can I redeem my PWNED POINTS FOR?
A: Each user my redeem their own PWNED POINTS for cool stuff like new game consoles, console games, artist/talent meet and greets, gamer merchandise, etc...
Q: Can I redeem my PWNED POINTs for CASH/MONEY?
A: Yes, PWNED POINTS are redeemable for CASH on Net 60 terms, AFTER all tax information and payment address has been verified.
Q: If I redeem my PWNED POINTS for money, can I have the funds electronically transferred in to my bank account?
A: Not at this time. All cash payments are sent via standard mail.
Q: Can I give my PWNED POINTS to other users?
A: No, PWNED POINTS are non transferable or assignable
Q: Can I combine PWNED Points from multiple accounts?
A: No, each account can only redeem it's own account PWNED POINTS.
Q: Am I limited to the amount of people I can refer and collect PWNED POINTS?
A: Users can refer as many new unique users as they want. The more you refer, the more you earn!
Q: Can I watch my the same movies over and over and accumulate PWNED POINTS over and over?
A: users will be limited to the number of views per IP address per day.
Q: Can I get credit for watching watching thousands of user movies every day
A: You may only accumulate up to 100 PWNED points from videos each day.
Q: How often can the prizes or value of PWNED POINTS change?
A: PWNED.COM can update the prizes or the accumulation method on the first of every month, as we see fit.
Q: How often are new prizes added into the PWNED Marketplace to be redeemed for PWNED POINTS?
A: Prizes may be added or removed from the PWNED Marketplace at the beginning of each month, as we see fit.
Q: Who pays for shipping on prizes or merchandise I receive from redeeming my PWNED POINTS?
A: For both US and International shipping, the user pays for the shipping, but the shipping costs may be deducted from from your PWNED POINTS.
Q: Can prizes redeemed for PWNED POINTS be shipped to P.O. Boxes?
A: No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q: How can I track my prize while being shipped to me?
A: We ship via FedEx and UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to the user once generated by either Fed Ex or UPS.
