redeeming my pwned points issue.

Hey guys. I was wanting to redeem my points for a year of XBL. However, it says that I don't have enough points although I have quite the sufficient amount of pwned points. Does anyone know why this is happening? thanks guys.

At the top it says how much is redeemable left for the month, it says "10,000" so since a year is 20k there is not enough points left to be redeemed.

I redeemed my points back on 08/01/11 and I still haven't received my card yet. I emailed Jaimie but have not got a reply yet :/
