Pwned points questions

Wasn't sure where to post this so I'll just do it here.
My question is, is there another way to gaining pwned points other than just posting on the forums and joining contests?

I was just wondering what would be the easiest way to earn points here? This point system is really cool and I would like to contribute, but there are a lot of things I don't know how to do (I'm new here) like that "write your own review" thing when I start at the homepage, or is it that thing under games where you just leave a comment? Or the blogs, is it blogs on this site? couse I don't know how to create one. Or a narticle (if I can make one).

And for what do I get points? I know I do for forum posts and game comments, but what else? Can I earn with the shoutbox?

Please...a gamer in need is a gamer indeed..yes?

when the site comes out of beta you will be able to use your pwned points (no one is sure when this will be, i guess it will just come out when its ready to come out and has enough members)
although, i wouldnt worry about points if i were you just yet. i LIVE on this site and have little over 30,000 points, and im still not even close to getting anything.
so id give it a while before you start to think about redeeming your points loll

The points will only double if you signed up during the private beta, which was from December 3rd 2007 to Dec 31st 2007. Anyone signed up on Jan 1 2008 and after will not have their points doubled.
