Well, I didn't play THIS particular game, I played the original laserdisc game in 1983, and went through a few 20c coins before finishing it. It was the first of it's kind, unmatched graphics, even today. It's like watching a cartoon and you're responsible for how it ends. I purchased the Blu-Ray version of Dragon's Lair which has been totally redone in 3D. It is much much better than the original from what I can remember. Give it a try. It will work on a PS3. There is also a HD-DVD format you can get if you have a player.
The second one is even more awesome !!. Can't wait for that to come on Blu-Ray. Not to mention Space Ace.
These were the first cell-shaded graphics I had ever seen, and the gameplay was enjoyable too.
