its a great game i played the demo but the demo was not worth downloadin took over 2 hurs and for what 5 min of playin
was the best shooter that came out on the 360 on launch, the best option in the game is that you can add bots.
should have rereleased the original from nintendo 64 with higher resolution and would have still been better.

I bought this game out of loyalty to the original Perfect Dark on the 64. I found out it was a prequel and got even more excited. I played it, and wanted to cry.
They could have done so much more with it, but instead the ruined the story and barely managed making it playable.
As far as being a launch game, I suppose they did alright. But I wish to God they hadn't made it for launch....it ruined it.
Got it for 9 bucks at Gamestop. For that price so far I have been pleased with it even though it just feels like an amped up last gen game.

I swear I'm the only one who liked this game. I thought it had great graphics, especially for a launch title, and awesome music. Yeah, the gameplay and story were iffy, but I still liked it well enough. Nothing compared to the first, we all know that though.
Not nearly as good as the first one. Outside of a character name here & a few mentions of DataDyne, this almost is another game all together. The only reason I bought it was because you could download Facility from GE for online. Not even that makes it worthwhile.
This is not the worst game I've played on the 360, but close. Pros - great primary character and excellent soundtrack! Cons - They started with a good idea (beautiful redhead with a gun - ala Alias), and pushed it out too quick. Nothing feels solid. Movement is clumsy. Even the heaviest weapon feels like a capgun. Hell, the shotgun sounds like a glass ornament breaking. Environments are fair. Online blows. Achievement structure is laughable. It's no wonder that you can pick this up so cheap at EB. Advice: don't bother.
