The ESRB rating system designed to help rate video games in a manor to show whom the game is age appropriate for. So why do so many people ignore this. I don't know about all girl gamers, but I receive comments all the time about how I do not represent the Girl Gamer population correctly. I am around other gamers constantly, and many questions are always brought up to me.
