the web browser on my Ps3 seems to have stopped being able to play youtube videos, not sure when this happened but presumebly after an update, anybody else had this problem or know what to do about it?
i rather enjoyed being able to watch you tube videos on my big telly

I don't know much about the browser.

I only use my PS3 for games... Okay I occasionally go on YouTube. =b

I haven't noticed anything wrong with the browser, though.

i dont understand it, it says i dont have the latest shockwave player but goodness knows how to rectify that on the Ps3 browser, its quite annoying

the media players and document readers are previous versions for many reasons.

one of the more major ones are that they are less susceptible to any spam, spy, and security exploits even if the PS3 is tough to hack in the first place (can never be too careful online)

youtube recently added some updates to their video players so im sure thats why some people have not been able to view certain media they were previously able to.

im also sure FW2.41 has something to do with this as well
