I have a PS3 and a 360, and honestly PSN doesn't compare to XBL.

PLUS you can chat up to 8 people in Private chat so you dont have to listen to people who cry that got pwned

If I want good quality online game play and downloads that is worth a damn, then I have no problem shelling out the cash.

Is paying for XBL Gold really that bad? People complain that it's $50 a year, but in reality there are always those deals on XBL subscription cards, that make it more like $30 a year, which comes out to $2.50 a month. Similar to MMOs, ultimately you are paying for multiplayer, a feat that is much more dominant than its competitors, the PS3 and Wii.

Since they have really good service and quality games to play on that service then i dont mind paying 50 dollars a year.. it isnt that much to ask for
