I'm a mediaphile, plain and simple...I live for games, movies and music. Gamewise I'll play pretty much anything except sports games (I can play sports outside, why pay to do it virtually) and shoddy Wii games (I get it, its fun but its still just a novelty console to me...show me depth and a game that really uses the controller and I'll be impressed, no more cooking/surgery/bullshit sims). Over the years I've owned and played (or played and pwned) tonnes of games and I've got 2 little brothers and 10 godchildren that I give them to when I'm done.

I was raised on a diet of Mortal Kombat, 70's grindhouse and 80's horror and I haven't killed anyone yet! Take that lobbying parents! I am a fan of all thats extreme, whether its movies, games, music etc I watch/play/listen to all this stuff to be moved...I want them to pick me up and shake me around.

I'm an avid movie fan, my DVD collections getting ridiculous - I like all sorts, Kung-Fu/Horror/Comedy/World Cinema/Classics/Sci-Fi/Drama/Anime etc etc but for the most part I like anime, world cinema and horror (nastier the better please and zombies are always a bonus).

Musically I'm the same...I'll listen to pretty much anything but I love my Metal.

Fairly vague I know but I figure if you really want to know...just ask.

I like Aronofsky's films too. Requiem was my favourite though. I left it out because I've been reading the book and I just really can't get into it. And I've seen it so many times that I can quote it like backwards. It's not a current movie that I'm watching over and over, so I left it out.

And you've never heard of Mr. Smith Goes to Washington? Do you live under a rock(no offense). It stars James Stewart(you know, the guy with the cool voice who starred in It's a Wonderful Life and Vertigo and Rear Window...) and he is appointed to the Senate and it's just a really great movie...

I loved Tideland too. More like... love/hate. The whooole movie I felt so bad for Jodelle Ferland I just wanted to take her away from all those crazy ass people... lol and Grave of the Fireflies is one of my absolute favourites. I cry from like beginning to end.
