I'm still trying to learn about this guy... ...but I suppose I can tell you what I've learned so far. In all actuality, I'm only writing more because someone complained about my formerly short profile. Hell, it probably isn't going to wind up being that much longer, just because I hate telling people what I'm like, I think it's most likely easier for them to figure out then for me to explain it. Maybe that's what I'll do, I log in and have someone who knows me write my profile. In the meantime, here's my crack at it. I can certainly say that the biggest thing in my life is music. I love to listen to music, I love to play music, and I love to teach music. I travel all over the midwest every summer to go to concerts and just escape from the real world, if only for a few days. I'm in no way a hippie, but if I had to pick a genre of music to be the soundtrack of my life, it would be music that people associate with "hippies." As I said I like to play music as well, and my instrument of choice is anything that falls within the percussion category. I don't get to play nearly as much as I like, but I squeeze a little playing time whenever I get the chance. I also keep busy teaching high school and middle school kids drums, so that helps me get my weekly fix of drumming in. Pretty much, 8 out of 12 months in the year are devoted to teaching drums, whether it be marching band, indoor drumline, or any other gig I can get. And of course how could I forget about video games right? A huge impact on my life as been video games I remember as early as getting a nintendo and game gear for christmas a long time ago. then after the nintendo, it just went up from there. supernes, n64, dreamcast, ps1, ps2, xbox and of course pc gaming(which is the best.) My favorite game of all time and still is my favorite game is counter strike source. i started playing counter strike back in 2001 and 7 years later, im still playing the same game...well a much easier version with better graphics then 1.6 and bigger hitboxes and more randomness...but whatever right? It's so funny that people (including myself) can get so raged at this game but still continue to love it and play it. I've tried the whole college thing, and it hasn't really worked out for me yet. It's so damn tough trying to go to school when you have no major and can't find anything that moves you. I thought I knew what I wanted to do, but that obviously didn't work out. Everyone has their own opinion of what I should be doing, but those things just don't call out to me like they once did. So...in the mean time I'm making my money with the wonderful art of fast food. I definitely don't plan on doing that for the rest of my life, but hey, it gets me by for now, right? That's pretty much my life in a nutshell. If anyone knows how to add a few more hours into a day so I can get to all the stuff I want to do, I would really appreciate the secret.
