the best way i have found to add videos on here and most other places like, mypace and such. is to use just the embed src code followed by the flash vid then with the dimensions. it will look similar to this. minus my video source i used.

you can add your own source video, plus adjust the height and width of the video this way. then just put the code where you would like it on your profile.

well if you know how to edit video,

total video converter.

this can be used without paying for it, just adds a water mark.

then you can edit your video to trim the length down and also use different settings to encode the video.
