In 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took
a dog from the street,
tied him to a rope in an art gallery, and starved
him to death.
For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of
the exhibition have
watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based
on the dog's agony,
until eventually he died.
Does it look like art to you?
But this is not all... the prestigious Visual Arts
Biennial of the Central
American decided that the 'installation' was
actually art, so that
Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat
his cruel action for the
biennial of 2008.
PLEASE HELP STOP HIM.
It takes a second to help put a stop to animal abuse.

if i were you id read more into this, from articles in the newspaper and magizines that ive read, he didn't kill the dog, he only had it tied up during work hours, after work it would return home with him and was fed. At the end he let it go.
The other thing is, his reason for doing this is that every day in costa rica (thats where the artist is from) thousands of homeless dogs roam the streets and die. No one notices and no one cares. But he claimed that if he brought one in and showed every one it would bring awareness to the problems that were appearing in the streets. He is auctually doing something good, rather than causing some thing bad like these blogs are doing.
So like i said read into this because this blog is mainly something that has been floating around myspace and most likely twisted the facts.
