We have all heard of Uwe Boll and how he slaughters the video game to movie adaptions. He has destroyed games such as House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, and BloodRayne...but it doesn't stop there, next on his list is a Bloodrayne 3 (yes he already made a sequel) and Alone in the Dark 2. Oh and for you horror movie and zombie fans, he is working on a zombie film as well. He is buying up rights to some of the most classic and beloved games in the industry left and right. He has to be stopped, we must show Hollywood and whoever is behind this man that we will not put up with it. Go to http://www.stopuweboll.org/ and sign the petition. You don't have to create and account or register. Just your name will do. Also, Stride Gum is supporting this petition and is offering a million free packs of gum (one to each signer) IF the petition gets one million signers by May 14th. So come on and support the gamers and those of us who do not want Uwe Boll making a mockery of games any longer!

Maggotsandriots: Actually, you are wrong there. It was news months ago that he publicly stated that he doesn't even enjoy video games, he is taking advantage of some overseas tax loophole. He doesn't get taxed on these movies and actual makes money off of them even tho no one pays to see them. It's all about money, not video games or "art". Gotta do your research my friend. :)

The law allows investors in German-owned films to write off 100% of their investment as a tax deduction; it also allows them to invest borrowed money and write off any fees associated with the loan. Why does he pick video games? B/c it's easy, the script it practically already written for him. Just Google him and you will find all the articles that support this.
