[ A - K O N  1 9     HOTEL INFO ]

Ok so after playing Phonetag with CARONLEENA of The Westin for the last 2 weeks, she's let us all down and given away our reservation? Why? Because she refused to sell me a room. Aparently I sound 15 on the phone.

ANYWAY! With some crazy searching all over the web the last few days, It came down to - nothing. So I called back the hotel where the con is being held and they have 1  (Yes, only one) room left, for one day.  I went ahead and booked it.

We have for Friday:  a DELUX SUIT with King Size Bed.  complimentary TV, yada yada. Yes a suite :D
It's going to ring us $187+Taxes for that night.

AS FOR SATURDAY. Pretty much every year, tons of people check out of the Hotel becuase the mass amount of Cosplayers scare unsuspecting guests away. This is where we come in and nab that room. I have our name written down for reservation and I'll be calling back requently to see if it frees up. When this does happen, we'll probably get a smaller (and cheaper) room.

With that said, Be prepared to pay about $40+ or so. Maybe a bit more, it depends on  how many people are staying in the room.

What you will Need:
-Money to pay for Hotel Room.

-Deodorant (no one likes body odor. Please take care of your personal Higene)

-Sleeping Bad (since theres only 1 bed and more than 2 of us, a bunch of us will be sleeping on the floor (Myself included).

-Pillow(see above)

-Your Party Self.

-Whatever your bringing to A-KON. Money for food and things you want to buy.

When you need to pay me:
As soon as you can, if possible. I charged it to my credit card, but I have to give all
the money to my mom before I leave town. This is when you guys come in ^_^



IMPORTANT!!!!
If not enough people stay in this room, I'll have to cancle it.

I.E. (After Taxes, I estimate the weekend stay costing us around $360, probably more (I dont really know hotel taxes)
I dont mind paying an extra 20$ if I have to, but if only 4 of us end up staying in that room - thats too expensive.

I have until MAY 29 to cancle - so you all have until MAY 28 to confirm and RSVP your spot in the room. Please, don't be afraid to bring freinds. Around 10 people is what I'm shooting for. The room isn't full unless you can't see the floor.
